CVR-QSFP-SFP10G QSFP+ to SFP+ Adapter (QSA) Module offers 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for Quad Small Form-Factor Pluggable (QSFP)-only platforms. It allows smooth and cost-effective migration to 40 Gigabit Ethernet by providing an option to use lower-speed Enhanced Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP+) modules in empty QSFP ports or when the other end of the network is running at lower speeds. This adapter supports all SFP+ optics and cable reaches.

The Cisco CVR-QSFP-SFP10G Compatible QSFP+ to SFP+ adapter converter module provides conversion from QSFP+ to SFP+ form factors. This module is compliant with IEEE 802.3bj, IEEE-802.3 and SFF-8436, SFF-8431 standards. It is suitable for 10G Ethernet, Data Centers and Storage area networks.
